Recur (gorecur.in) is operated by [Your Name], Hyderabad, Telangana.

• Business name, owner name, city, business type.
• WhatsApp number and email address.
• Customer data: names, phones, addresses, service history.
• Pet health data (vet clinics): species, breed, vaccination records, medical notes.
• Child health data (paediatric clinics): DOB, vaccination records, medical notes.
• Customer location data: address, pincode (used only within your account).
• Usage data: login times, session duration, features used.
• Support and feedback content.

We send two types of WhatsApp messages:

• Transactional (required for core features): service reminders, renewal alerts, account notifications, support replies.
• Marketing (optional): product updates, new features, offers.

You provided consent preferences during signup. You can change marketing consent anytime in Settings → Notifications.

Supabase on AWS Singapore servers. Encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We do not store payment details. Customer addresses and pincodes are stored securely and used only within your Recur account for area analytics and route planning.

Only you and your authorised staff members. Recur administrators may access your account strictly for support. We never sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties.

Pet health and child health information are stored with the same protections as all other data. Never shared with any third party. Used only to provide the reminder service to you.

• Active: retained while account active.
• Deleted records: 90 days then permanently purged.
• Closed accounts: all data removed within 30 days.
