1. Acceptance
Using Recur means you agree to these Terms.
2. What Recur Provides
Customer management, service reminders, revenue projections. No guarantee of specific business outcomes.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep credentials and PIN confidential.
- Do not share account with other businesses.
- Notify us of unauthorised access: hello@gorecur.in
4. Acceptable Use
Not for illegal purposes. No false data. No accessing other tenants' data. No reverse engineering. No bots or scrapers.
5. Data Ownership
All your data belongs to you. Recur claims no ownership.
6. Payments
- Free plan: indefinite within 25-customer limit.
- Pro: billed in advance for chosen period.
- Pilot: manual UPI payments. Acknowledgement via WhatsApp.
- Non-refundable except as required by Indian law.
- Overdue accounts may be paused until payment received.
- Renewal notice at least 7 days before due date.
7. Availability
Best effort, no guarantee. Planned maintenance via WhatsApp in advance.
8. Liability
Limited to amount paid in preceding 3 months.
9. Termination
Close anytime: hello@gorecur.in. Data deleted in 30 days. We may suspend accounts violating these Terms.

Indian law. Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
